Dates: Thursday evenings (July 30, August 6, August 13, August 20)
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Location: Online (leader will provide more information)
Leader Names & Bio:

Hannah Bunting - As a woman of color, my racial and ethnic identifies often overpower my other identities - when I walk into a room, I am conscious of the color of my skin. I have a degree from UW-Madison in African-American History and experience in facilitating dialogue with others on how race affects each of us. I’m excited to continue learning with others!

Heather Watts - I am a white female, raised in Madison. For 35 years my work has centered on children and families. I know conversations about race are hard. I am grateful for the grace-filled people, including my adult children, who have taught me along the way. I think authenticity is key as people explore race and racism so I and want to create a safe space to do this.

All participants must register separately. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own copy of the book. Please be prepared to discuss chapters 1-3 at our first meeting on July 30th.
