Community Group Leader Application

Leading a Community Group at Blackhawk is a very significant ministry. We believe people grow best in relationship with others. A healthy Community Group is one place for that to happen. But this wouldn’t be possible without qualified and devoted Christ-followers who desire the best for the people they lead. In order to determine this, we like to meet one-on-one with potential leaders.

The questions below are designed to help us get to know you better. Please take a few minutes to complete the following questions. This will be a starting point for discussion when we meet to answer any of your questions and to determine if leading a Community Group is a good fit for you.
