56 Online: Registration Form 2021-2022

Blackhawk Kids is excited to offer 56 Online for the 2021-22 ministry year!

56 Ministry is meeting in person and 56 Online one Sunday per month from 4pm to 4:45pm for all students in fifth or sixth grade whether they attend in-person programming or not. We will go deeper into the lessons for the month and have fun in community on Zoom.

Please register your student below if they are planning to join 56 Online so we can send you information to join the call. For safety purposes, all 56 Online gatherings will be recorded.
