If you haven't registered your family since June 2022 to Blackhawk Chinese Ministry or if you need to add an additional family member to your household, we're so glad you're here.

PHOTO RELEASE

We take pictures and videos of kids in Blackhawk Kids from time to time. We use these for slides, videos, and other promotional material which may or may not include the internet and/or social media. 

Do you give Blackhawk Church the rights to use images we take of your child for these purposes?
