Child Dedication Registration // Brader Way (OLD DO NOT USE)

The next Child Dedication service will be held on February 9. It will take place at 3 pm in the Westside Auditorium. A light reception will be held immediately following.

To complete the registration form, make sure you have the following items ready:
A special Bible verse for your child's certificate
Two to three prayer requests for your child and/or family
A photo of the child who will be dedicated
A photo of your entire family
Once this form is submitted, your child is registered.

After submitting this form, please look at the Child Dedication HOMEWORK you'll need to complete before the service. We will follow up with you a few weeks before to collect your homework and answer any additional questions you may have.
