What is a Team Leader?
Team leaders act as camp counselors to the students. Throughout the week they lead a team of 5-6 students. Each day they serve alongside their students at two different service sites. They lead small group discussions with the team, help the team to get along with one another, and encourage them to look for God in everything they do. Team leaders stay the entire week (Sunday afternoon through Wednesday evening). Team leaders lead their group of students with patience, understanding, prayer, leadership and a fun attitude.

What is an Afternoon Fun Leader?
Afternoon Fun Leaders partner up with a team to support, get to know and encourage the students and leader of that team at the fun afternoon activity. You are welcome to stay throughout the evening for dinner, gathering, and discussion. If you would like to stay, please select the Evening Co-Leader box as well. Locations and start and end time vary by day. Time commitment is 2-3 hours per selected day. You’ll meet the group at the fun location.

What is an Evening Co-Leader?
Evening Co-leaders partner up with a team to support, get to know and encourage the students and leader of that team during dinner, gathering, and discussion each evening. You will meet at Blackhawk – Brader Way each evening. Time commitment is 2-3 hours per selected day.
