I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the course of this event. I authorize and consent to the use of images or videos of me by Blackhawk Church for purposes including, but not limited to, promotional materials, internet posts including social media, and other media sources. If minor children are participating with me for whom I am the legal parent/guardian, I authorize and consent to the use of their images in the same manner.
