Help make the big church small and encourage spiritual growth in a Life Group. Facilitate weekly discussion using a discussion guide with questions about the sermon, prayer prompts, and next step suggestions. Encourage, pray, listen and serve the group. Groups typically meet in a home (doesn't have to be yours) for roughly 2 hours a week. The year is broken into 3 seasons, roughly 10 weeks each from September to May.
