First shift coffee brewers arrive at 7:45am to set-up the coffee station and brew coffee for first service. The second shift clean-up crew arrives at 1015am to brew for second service and then clean up. Both shifts tend to the coffee station until 15 minutes into each service and serve 1 Sunday per month.
