Falk Elementary School is a 4k-5th grade school located on the southwest side of Madison, whose mission is to be "A peaceful, safe school where all children’s health, physical, and emotional needs are met so that they can thrive academically and socially with the support of a collaborative, caring staff."

Falk Elementary School is partnering with Blackhawk Church for the Adopt-a-School program.

Serving Opportunities:

• Special Event Volunteers - Help with set-up and tear-down, greet students and families, be available to assist where needed at special events such as Back to School Night (August 28 5:00pm -6:30pm), Literacy Night (October 22 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm) and Science Night (March 3 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm).
• Child Care Volunteers - Provide childcare for families attending Parents United/Padres Unidos, a program for 2nd grade DLI (Dual Language Immersion) parents to connect and build relationships so they can best support their children and each other. Childcare is needed on Wednesday evenings (September 11, 18, 25 and October 2,9,and 16) from 6:00 - 7:30 pm.
