Capital High School is a partner with Blackhawk Downtown through Madison Foundation for Public School’s Adopt-a-School program. Capital High serves students in grades 9-12 who are interested in an alternative high school. Capital High focuses on personalized learning to address each student's strengths and areas of growth. Capital High is designed as a small learning community where students are supported through an advisory model to develop core knowledge and skills, while exploring their interests and engaging in post-secondary planning.

Serving opportunities include teaching mini-courses on hobbies/skills, participating in career interviews, and more.
