This course will teach you to identify and practice healthy limits leading to a more balanced life and loving relationships.
There will be required video viewing and reflection questions as pre-class work. The class format consists of assigned small group discussion and application.
Monday nights, October 17 - December 5, 6:30 - 8:00pm at Blackhawk Brader Way.
Each participant will receive a working binder and be required to purchase a minimum of a 2 month membership to Boundaries.me to access the web platform with the curriculum, resources and much more. All attendees must register separately and acquire their own materials. Class size is limited.
Please Note: In order to promote effective individual work, couples and partners will be assigned to separate groups.
